You must be 18 years or older to use Gracie Loyalty Tests. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the person being tested is also 18 or older.

Gracie Loyalty Tests is a discreet service in which we send a text-based message to the person you specify (your “partner”), using the approach you select on the intake form. After the interaction, we share the resulting conversation with you so that you can form your own conclusions.

We cannot guarantee any particular outcome or response. Results depend entirely on how the other person chooses to engage. We only share what actually happens — we do not fabricate or embellish any part of the interaction.

All tests are a one-time $20 charge, processed through Stripe. All sales are final — no refunds will be granted. You may email admin@gracieloyaltytests.com to request that we do not follow through with your test, however no refund will be issued and we cannot guarantee that the test has not already been completed before your request is received.

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of conducting the test and is never shared with your partner or any third party by default. If you wish for any part of your information to be shared, you may indicate so on the intake form.

By using this service, you confirm that:

• You have a legitimate personal reason to test this person.
• You are not using this service to harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, or cause harm to anyone.
• The information you provide about yourself and your partner is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand the potential emotional impact of the results and accept full responsibility for how you choose to act on them.

You may not use Gracie Loyalty Tests to contact minors, to engage in illegal activity, or for any purpose that would violate another person's rights. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any request at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracie Loyalty Tests is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the test ($20).
